Pete
Pete is a young pilot (about 7). He runs Kids Rescue together with his twin Piper. He and Champ are inseparable. Pete is trained in accident and emergency rescues and is fairly serious, feeling his responsibilities heavily. He has to act as the older brother quite often, and hold back Champ’s enthusiasm. But Champ can usually bring out a laugh in him. Pete gets great satisfaction out of successful missions and is always keen to learn new skills. He perseveres with tasks and is determined, although sometimes not very confident. Pete is brave but also cautious and responsible, and a little too much of a stickler for following the rules and doing things by the book. He’s usually seen in his pilot’s uniform and cap, although he wears a helmet with goggles when piloting.
